OT - Deadliest Catch

Anyone know what kind of gear is used on the Discovery Channel's show Deadliest Catch? The video/audio seems pretty good for the lousy conditions under which they work. Just wondering what is used, and how many people are working per boat?

Mostly Varicam, a Z1u, and crew of 4 on the boat, based on what they showed one particular episode of "how we shoot the show."
2 cams, 1 audio, director.
