With this free script - it is possible to have cut or crossfade different at every marker? I suspect that it has to be cut or crossfade throughout the project.

If you want to manually modify the marker, you can swap it out, but as a rule....it is cuts or Xfades only. You'll probably find that it takes a long time to modify each marker.
