After over a year, no complaints here.
I just got a smartphone last week, installed Dropbox on it and just got an email that I have an additional 48 GB. of space for the next 24 months.
Use the following link to sign up and get an extra 500 MB. for each of us.

Semi-secure If you don't put it in a Dropbox 'Public' folder.
'Vimeo' and 'YouTube' have a private option, where only folks with the exact URL can view... or a password user mode.
I'm no expert on this though.

Mike, you beat me to it.

I have been using Dropbox since it was introduced, and it's one of those accessories that just keeps on working.

Been using it for 12 months now. My clients love it and have gone on to use it for their own purposes too! So far, everybody has gained. Can't last.....

However, it's become a prerequisite for my PAID work activity and something I now heavily rely on. Over the past year maybe 10gb of crunched MP4s have sailed back and forth through the INTERNET.

+1 use it all the time as well.

I also use DropBox to keep files synced between my iPad, MacBook Pro, and Windows PC. It's really a great service. (BTW, here is my invitation link is anyone else wants to sign up: DropBox) ;-)

For me, I put everything in my Public Dropbox folder. So security isn't an issue. If you've looked at any of the graphic images that I've included in my posts here, the images are stored in my Public folder and linked in the post. I love it.
