You may want to look at DiscMakers http://www.discmakers.com. They have done well by me in the past. In respect DVDA and dual layer, I have only had limited experience. It did meet my expectations though.

I just got done doing a DL in Architect and the quality looked great when i played it back on my computer but when I put it in my DVD player in the living room it could not read the disk. I am going to be trying it on some other DVD players to see if it works ther or not

Some settop dvd players cannot play dual layer DVD-R discs.

I've used cdtechnical.com for 4 - 5 projects, including a dual layer one, with complete success. I was referred to them by someone on this board several years ago.

I use discmakers.com, have for years and they're great.

for on-demand, I've sold just under $1.1 million dollars worth of DVDs via www.createspace.com (part of amazon.com, formerly createspace.com), also highly recommended.
