OT: File Transfer FAT32/NTFS External Drive

Hi All,
Need to transfer some rather large video files over to friends computer across town (long drive). He has WinXP - I'm stuck with WIN98. Would like to know if I will be able to transfer files over to his computer via my Maxtor External 3000le 120 gig USB harddrive.

I'm concerned that since my external drive is FAT32, it won't work with XP NTFS system?

PS If you were wanting to transfer files from your friend's NTFS HD to your FAT32 HD then you should be aware that files bigger than 4GB won't transfer.
