OT: Fine Adjustment Tripod Camera Mount is ?

I'm shooting a long shot with a Sony HX400v 50x zoom camera.

At or near max zoom it is very difficult to perform fine adjustments in azimuth (horizontal) or elevation (vertical) .

I would like to find something to mount on my pan and tilt head... between the head and the camera... with which I could perform fine adjustments... maybe with a thumb screw for vertical and another for horizontal. Or what ever would allow me to easily tweak the camera direction in very fine increments.

I'm sure there is some sort of standard solution for this but I'll be darn'd if I know what it is.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Is this what you're talking about?

Gary,

That wold work but it is a little expensive.

I found these two by searching for "fine adjustment camera mounts"

Vixen Optics 3562 for $83 on Amazon
Orion 7033 for $38 on amazon

But the Manfrotto you suggested looks like it may be a finer choice.

Thanks for the info !
