OT: Frame Accurate 16mm film Mag Sound Transfer

Had in an iquiry from a filmmaker to have 33 minutes of magnetic sound 16mm film transferred to a DVD Master. I can only do optical sound.

Anyone with good experience with a transfer house on mag sound 16mm?
