Camtasia, hypercam, blueberry are all three good choices. Avoid LEAD like the plague. Their codecs destroyed my system.

Yes but expensive. You can output to DV or what have you via the SVHS out on your video card and the quality is better than projection interpolation as I recall. It's sharp and legible and has no processing overhead.

There's a cheap software from a Russian crew called Screen Virtuoso that seems to work well and it has a codec for Flash among the standard array, and has an overlay for text & graphics. It's $30? Maybe $40. It's just a backup for me and I haven't tested it much yet. Free trial.

Definitly Camtasia for me. About no visual artefacts for windows capture, very commendable file size and direct use in Vegas timeline.
