As suggested, I installed the add-on YouTube Flash Video Player and it seems to work very well. At the top of the page is a Flash Player Icon that allows you to switch back and forth between the Flash Player and the HTML5 Video Player.

Also, I got rid of the Mozilla "Plugin Container". It has caused so many crashes and freezes for people for so many years I don't know why I didn't try it sooner. I thought it would prevent plugins from working, but it doesn't. Although there are other methods, this one works the best:

1. Right click on your computer icon on the desktop and click properties
2. Go to Advance system settings
3. Click the button called "Environment Variables"
4. Click the β€œNew” button under User variables or System variables depending if you want the change to affect all the users on the system or just the one you are currently logged as
Set the variable name to MOZ_DISABLE_OOP_PLUGINS and its value to 1
