Uhhh... they can and usually do make a profit. Because of their often-times 'Tax Exempt' status... the do not pay taxes on their profits. Therefore; they tend to make BIG profits.

After paying everyone involved a fair wage a 'True' non-profit would roll those profits back into the 'Cause'.

I am currently the Videographer for "America's Per$onal Finance Coach" and these are the types of Financial topics we deal with.

Do NOT be fooled by the term 'Non-Profit'. They are usually turning a pretty good profit provided they are ran properly and the 'Cause' is worthy.

Not having to pay taxes on your earnings is HUGE!
Imagine if you did NOT have to pay Income Tax... well, that's what's going down with Non-Profits.

I feel they should pay fair market value.
