OT: how to produce a WVX stream

Is there a way to decode to a stream from within vegas?
If not, which other tool can to use?

A .wvx file only contains a list of .wmv files. You can open up a .wvx file in notepad and most likely you'll see a list of URLs pointing to the .wmv files to be played.
