Sorry to use this board to express my discontentment, but I order some products from On-line store and they are in customs because of I need to pay VAT, so what's happening is that I pay the VAT on on-line store, them I need pay in my country too.

I live in Portugal, Europe and I'll never buy anything in the on-line store unless this is solved.

SCS of America doesn't have the authority to charge European VAT, it's illegal what they are doing, because the invoice emailed doesn't prove anything for the Portuguese authorities.
