OT: London police lack Grazie's sense of humor

Jay Gladwell wrote on 1/24/2005, 6:27 AM
Recently, Grazie had to retake the driver's exam in London. Although he passed the written exam he had to retake the practical driving test. After years of driving experience, Grazie has learned new and creative ways of doing a number of things, including parking. The reason he failed in the first go 'round was due his unorthodox method of parallel parking. Despite the Brit's famous sense of humor, the police found nothing funny about Grazie's unique driving skills.

Here is the "official" video from the London police files!

It wasn't the parking that failed the test, but rather the fact that Part 2 of the test required him to get out of that space.

Grazie's wife now, when she's GOTTA have these shoes that are on SALE..! You can view this movie too, but you'll have to go to www.streamload.com and use name "petefolley" to log in, p/w "bibendum" then My Files and click this green square (actually, the "play" button).
Ah, these bobbies, they keep their stuff so deep in the vault sometimes...

Wow!

Worse than weekend parking at Costco!!!

Only one question. Why does she take the ferry to Sweden to buy her shoes at a hairdresser there? (Neon sign says "FRISÖR"). :O)

Swedes traditionally added their 25% VAT also to the speed limits, but I wonder how they justified this parking method? :O)

Since the steering wheel is on the wrong side, he's clearly stuck in the parallel universe.

Who are the brave souls who let their cars be used for course markers in that "slide into home". (Sorry, it's a Yank expression, you may not understand.)

If you ever decide to give up video editing, you've got it made in valet parking!
