Haven't heard of that brand but I'm considering msi. They have some really nice high performance i7 laptops. Besides the wide selection of i7 models, the nice thing about their laptops is the flexible drive configurations. Some of them can support up to 3 drives, raid 0 SSD + an extra drive

A co-worker purchased one of the raid 0 SSD models and it boots up from cold shutdown in about 7 seconds!

What did either one of you purchase and with what options?

Were you satisfied with your purchase.

Thank you,
Larry

A month ago I purchased an HP ZBook-15 from the line of HP Business high performance mobile workstations. It too has a raid 0 SSD + a hardrive (boots in just a few seconds). I am thinking of adding a third drive by removing the DVD unit. The graphics card is a NVIDIA Quadro. Anyway, because it a from the HP Business line, there is a three year next-day on-site parts + labor warranty included. So far I have been very pleased with the performance. HP Business support has been awesome and is entirely different that of consumer products. Here is the link:

I got the one with product ID F2P50UT for $1,949. Here is the link:

You may want to look at some of the other versions that have slightly different features such as more memory or a faster Quadro card.
