OT: Need HDV Shooter in San Francisco

mjroddy wrote on 5/11/2006, 3:48 PM
I'm looking for a good/qualified shooter in the SF area for a half-day shoot. Looking for someone with good testimonial experience, good lighting and high-quality audio set up to shoot a dozen or so short sound-bite testimonials. The shoot is scheduled for Sunday, May 21 at a location to be determined. It should be an indoor shoot at a hotel or some controled situation. I'm looking for a "60 Minutes" style setup and a different "look" for each participant. That's not to suggest I want 12 setups, but rather 2-3 setups that an be used in different directions, standing, sitting, etc.
If you're interested, please jot me a private note at mjr AT matthewroddy DOT com

Thanks!

I'd volunteer (I live in Carmel), but while I know how to handle a camera, my lighting and sound skills are nil.

Thanks for your honesty John. I appreciate it. For me, lighting is just about the most important thing in shooting (next to composition and audio... ;-)

Thanks again

Not even "just about." It IS the thing that separates the men from the boys (or the women from the ... are there any women on this board??).
