I have a Vegas project that is due tomorrow morning.

I need to make some of the speech sound like it's coming over a radio.

I would have sworn that there was a setting on Sound Forge that accomplished this; it might have even been called "cheap radio," , but I can't find it. I used it a long time ago, but now it has escaped me.

Any idea where I can find this tweak?
