OT: New Sony Helmet camera / recorder.

Finally got a photo of this thing, see it here.

From the crew who went to IBC it may never see the light of day as it didn't even have a model number. The camera is HD and includes a stereo mic. It appears to be a HD replacement for the quite old CX3 camera.

OT: Look at this month's HDVideoPro magazine. Article on skydiving.
They strapped a XDCAM in, well, an odd location. I'd be afraid of landing face
down.

Hi Bob,

Something like this is what I was hoping would be available when I posted my question. I emailed V.I.O. about an HD bullet cam/flash recorder and they said that an HD version is somewhat off in the future.
