OT Presentation of Municipalities?

My current assignment is a municipality here in Sweden - I'm sort of stuck - after accumulating a serious amount of footage I am trying to find a creative "packaging" for it.
Anyone have an example of this kind of presentation? One problem is that the final product will be a CD (PC MediaPlayer) not DVD so the story has to "flow" from various subjects to another with out the benefit of menus.

Right, I've used Opus Pro from Digital Workshop. IMHO your project is PERFECT for this type of CD authoring. However, in wanting to get you TO a website I notice that for the WWW.digitalworkshop.co.uk website is presentl;y down - sorry. But I truly think that this woiuld be an option. Their s/w is used on websites AND for creating bespoke CD pressis - yeah?

Email me privatley too. I'd like to know how you get on. In a previous "incarnation" I was the Tourism Officer for our local London Borough. I might have some ideas which might be of value.

The "packaging" of this stuff is truly very important. There are many design issues to take into account!
