OT: Press any key to boot from CD/DVD

I used to have this prompt. It has gone missing. I know it has something to do with the way my sata drives are plugged into the mobo.

I know this is strange (and documented on the web) but I have to have my Windows Vista disc in the drive for me to be able to boot from Vista. All I have to do is ignore the prompt where it asks me to press any key to boot from CD. If I wanted to boot XP I would just take the disc out of the drive.

So, I installed a new disc drive and the only sata plug left available was covered by 5 other sata cords. I unplugged them all and apparently didn't plug them back in the same order. That, plus the new drive, were the only things that changed. Now, the prompt is gone. Anyone know how to get it back? I have an Asus M2N32 WS Professional Mobo. I have played with the boot order as well as the order of hard drives. I am pretty sure I have it right. I have boot from CD first, then my XP drive and then my Vista drive and then all the others. This is how it was before. It seems like it would be something really simple.
