OT: Resources for video lighting

In a posting in regard to light kits dated 1/6/04 I was asked if I knew of any resources pertaining to guerilla lighting. Rather than bury my response in that thread I thought I'd better start a new thread.

So here are some basic suggestions regarding video lighting resources, both guerilla and high-end. Hopefully others will jump in and add to my list.

7. http://desktopvideo.about.com/cs/lightingforvideo/ (there are 11 articles at this site, including ARRI's Lighting Handbook)
8. Lighting for Digital Video and Television a book by John Jackman (a frequent contributor to DV magazine)
