OT: Selling my Gitzo 1380 Fluide Tripod

Hiya...

I'm looking to lighten my equipment load and make the jump from video to still photography (for now). I have a good condition Gitzo1380 Fluide head and it's paired with Bogen 3181 legs and a spreader. Originally bought the head for 900.00, the legs for 250.00 plus 30.00 for the spreader.

I'm selling the whole thing for 900.00!

The only sign of use is that the vertical tension dial on the head grips a little, making it a more serious effort to set the vertical drag than the horizontal. Otherwise, this is a fantastic head/leg combo with buttery smooth pans and built like a tank -- can support up to 22lbs of weight.

For what it's worth, under the Terms of Service, Service Rules, we who use this forum "agree not to... Post or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation of a commercial nature while using the Services" (item #7).

In other words, we shouldn't be posting "For Sale" threads.

Unsolicited advertising? I figured this wouldn't qualify. I'm not working to benefit a company -- I'm just another video shooter/editor looking to hook someone up with a good deal on a tripod.
