OT - sound card recommendation

Can anyone recommend sound cards that work very stably in Vegas and Sound Forge that I could buy to replace my 20bit Gina and Layla?

I need spdif in/out and 1/4" ins and outs.

The latest Echo models look very good with improved converters over the 24 bit models.

M audio 1010, I picked up one off ebay for less than $400, solid device, s/p dif on card, can sync it up to external devices, 1/4 balanced/unbalanced i/o.
has not let me down yet.
