Isn't that kind of out of date given that you can now not carry anything into the aircraft.?

Tell ya the truth... I knew you couldn't take toothpaste, but I wasn't aware that you can't fly with your computer and cameras.

Are you certain that's the case?

If so, I'd say that now we've GOT to include FexEx of equipment as a part of the budget.

Are you sure???

That's what I believe to be the case, migh vary from country to country but in the worst case scenario only boarding pass and passport.
It's so bad there's one staged photo around of everyone boarding a plane in the buff.

Depends on where you travel. Camcorders, laptops and PDA devices permitted in the US.

As for me, I would find travelling in the nude to be rather interesting.

They said they needed to do a cavity check, so I opened my mouth........
"No sir, wrong end"

General aviation is getting more and more attractive. There are some restrictions
you must follow, mainly driving into the hanger areas, but generally no hassles.

We spent extra time deciding on Pelican cases that could be stowed but now.....

In the US you can still take the cam and such, however if you don't include Fed Ex in your budgets DO include an insurance that covers airline theft/loss of any kind, not that we should really need to be told that, but still - it never hurts to have a reminder :).

Speaking of which...
can anyone suggest an insurance company that will handle cameras and laptops??

(I think I'll post this under a new topic tomorrow).
