OT: USB/1394 connections

Anyone know of a patchbay type of device that brings a computer's USB and/or 1394 ports out to where they're accessible?

Gatting tired of crawling around behind the beasts.

Many such things around that fit into 5.25" drive spaces.
Hardest part is having to get the cables from the back of the PC back thru the case. I just leave the cables connected to the PC and use Velcro ties to stop the plug end getting lost.
