Bought a used Sony EVI-D100 PTZ camera for streaming video at my church. The optics are not very good - usually shooting at a distance of 30 - 40 ft..

Since we stream at essentially SD, there are lots of used PTZ units out there, Can anyone recommend a model that might give better resolution? Looking to stay under $300 on the used market.
