OT: Vision series

anybody have the Vision series 4? I decided to order it when I did the upgrade to V5 DVDA 2.
A couple of the clips seem to have noise/pixalation in some frames.
I tried reloading them using a different drive but it appears on the exact frame each time.Disc is clean,and it occurs in vegas and any other avi player app.
I'll probably contact cust support, but just wondering if anybody else ever had this happen?

The video is I think 30 fps progressive so you need to render it out in whatever format you're working to see how it really looks. I only have 1 and 2 in the series but once rendered they are excellent.

thanx for the response Farss, I think that the files are dv avi compliant. even so I tried to render it progressive still the same.
frame 241 each time gotta be in the file, got a bout four clips that have the same sort of thing all others play fine.

The files are dv compliant but 30 fps progressive. They should look fine once they're rendered out as PAL or NTSC. If that's what you've done and you see a problem then Yes a call to customer support would be in order.
