I'm in Vienna for a few days. I met a man who asked my help, thinking I might know how to solve his problem because of my video editing experience. Sadly, I don't know anything about it so perhaps you guys can offer a solution.
As far as I could make out, between his decent English and my poor German, this guy records movies to DVD. Then he wants to burn 3 or 4 of these movies to 1 DVD, but his software has trouble figuring out where one .vob file ends and another begins. Or something. In any case, he ends up not with 3 or 4 movies nicely recorded to a single DVD, but a big mess instead.
I never record DVD to DVD so I haven't the slightest idea what he needs to do. Perhaps someone can suggest freeware or shareware he can download that will allow him to efficiently combine 3 or 4 DVD files to a single disc?
Thanks in advance for any help. I will pass your answers along to him via email.
