OT Voice Changer software

I just got an offer to buy AV Voice Changer Software Diamond Edition 7.0 for $59.95.

It claims to let you change your voice, even to a female voice.

Has anyone used this? Is it any good?

I do voice overs for local community service videos, and the ability to have a couple different voices (all from my narration) is appealing.

TIA

I was skeptical, so I went to the site and listened to the male-to-female example. It's even worse than I expected.

Once in a great while, I use Voice Tweaker to manipulate musical vocals. That lets me tweak the formants, which is critical. It sometimes works OK when the vocal is mixed in a group of back vox.
Voice Tweaker is far, far better than the software you're considering, but it still would be unacceptable for solo voice/voiceover use.

You might also look at "MorphVOX Pro" from Screaming Bee. I am looking for similar software for animation. I downloaded their trial software and presently testing it out.
cheers!
