OT: web scripter able to help me?

i've been hosting xfx's stuff for a bit now. VASST.com isn't easy to go through to find veggies & vegasusers.com veggies section doesn't work.

Can anyone setup a simple site w/search for me to host on my web server for people to post veggies/etc for download & search? Or would a forum be a good thing for that if people could upload veggies/templates/etc? (I already have a php forum).

Some PHP forums have file library functions availble, like Invision Power Board (IP.Board).

that requires a user name/pass to access those files. One of the reason I may prefer just a download listing that people can automatically upload to.

I don't really have the time to learn php & what not, that's why I was wondering if someone could help.

Try Joomla, it's free and fairly easy to use i have managed to use, it is a content management software
