OT: Web Video Question, Have You The Code?

Some web sites, when the home page opens, has a "virtual spokesperson" step out from behind the scroll bar and make his pitch.

Does anyone here have the code for embedding that kind of video?

It's just a flash video with a transparent background, and annoying as hell. I resent any website that runs audio or video without asking me first.

Depends on what you are trying to embed it in and what you are trying to do with it so it's not just a case of cut and paste. Are you trying to do a popup, pop under, pop over, child window, etc, etc. A simple popup is just that rather simple, window.open(). However these popups are probably directed and controlled from the Flash Stage. There is so many ways to do that, it depends on the progammer. Check Google for an ECMAScript resource.
