I'm not afraid of the mighty kellogs...or sollog..or whoever that was :)
BTW...weren't they supposed to be "taking over" the forums....hahahahaha Nice job Sony and the Mods for getting rid of them so quickly!

Heck, I don't give a doggon heck about what some of those BomBastic folk think. I'm no expert, but I have fun. ... And I know who to pay attention to and who to ignore. Some People Only Teach. I like these people.
I'm still working on the video side of the site, but if you go into the Magic side (which is a commercial site, by the way - selling objects, so don't for a moment think that I'm pushing any of that product), there's a few vids there. Again, they do try to sell you something, so don't go there if you will be offended by a mild sales pitch to buy items for a magician. I have another video at flea-circus.com.
I love the thought of this thread. I'm always eager to be inspired by other folk who do the same thing that I do.
I have pages with no video currently. Can those who have done it offer suggestions?
I don't want the video force-fed to anyone. I just want to have link options that will play video for those who choose to click on it.
What's the best format for compatibility? Can I encode in Vegas directly or do I need other tools? Any html snippetts -- or does it just look like any other link?
This has probably been covered many times when I wasn't paying attention. Links to older threads are good too.
I have a few. Most of which have nothing to do with Vegas or video...
PumiceT.com - Mostly used for email. Not sure if I'll ever use the site for anything. Maybe my own casual clothing line (seriously). Just an idea I've kicked around for awhile.
CustomCheer.com - My cheerleading music editing site. Currently offline until I clear up some copyright infringement issues. (Wish me luck!)
StreetHackers.com - My clothing and accessory company, aimed at the street racing market.
ResolutionArt.com - I plan on making this my production 'company.' A few video files can be found here. Nothing 'real,' just some random stuff. 'Untitled' was all shot with a Minolta digital camera while I was working a temp job this past summer. I was bored out of my mind, so I made a video at work one day.
LostRappers.com - Ever wonder what ever happened to MC Serch from 3rd Bass? Doug E. Fresh? Afrikaa Bambaataa? The Fat Boys? This site will hopefully answer those questions. Still in development, it will be a database of rappers and hip-hop celebraties who have seemingly disappeared. PS - MC Serch has a morning radio show in Detroit, and Doug E. Fresh published a childrens book in 2002.
I wish Sony would restore the web address and add a email line under edit account. Afterall, its up to the end user to provide this information. For those that don't want to, they don't have to Many times you see people trying to contact each other and starting threads for the sole purpose of contacting each other. It seem silly they have to start a thread to offer information that could already be there.
