I've googled and searched this and others forums without finding an answer.
Can anyone recommend a file splitter tool that'll allow me to trim off the start / end of a wmv file without having to re-render the remaining segment?
My family's been capturing our VHS & DVD collection to hdd for use by Media Center PC, but almost all of the captured files (in WMV High Quality PAL, typically around 1.2 mb/s) have unwanted DVD menus at start and end. Surely there's a way of cutting off the unwanted bits at the start and end and saving the remaining portion without re-rendering? (I know Vegas can't do it).
