Not completely off-topic since the video submission was edited with Vegas.

I shot the video on the centerline at the 3pm performance, then did hand-held on the right side of the auditorium at the 6pm performance. A friend shot from the left side with his Sony D8 camera, also at the 6pm performance. This was a few years ago and I was using my little Sony TRV8 at the time; the colors, contrast, and sharpening couldn't have been more different from the D8 cam. But a few tweaks here and there in Vegas and the necessary syncing between the 3 and 6pm versions, and I had a three-camera shoot.
I submitted the video as a wmv uplink a few weeks ago, and the producer emailed back a few days later mentioning that we were semifinalists, and to please send a miniDV version ASAP, which I did. Then they announced that we were one of 5 winners last week.
Some of the commenters mentioned that it would have been nice to have seen a few more smiles during the performance, with which I agree. Still, the sound was pretty decent.
