OT: wratten #85 filters

I know this has been mentioned previously (by farss, I think) but now it has captured my attention. The EX1 is natively colour balanced to 3200K so, for those who know the ins & outs of electronic cameras, is there any advantage in using a wratten #85 filter instead of electronically white balancing for daylight? The disadvantages of having to use a filter (dust, reflections et al) should be dismissed from the argument.

I haven't checked the documentation but are you sure this is correct?
I know it defaults to 3200K but I don't know if that means that's what the sensors are natively.

Good point; the book says adjusted to a factory setting of 3200K, which is the default. Doesn't necessarily mean what I assumed.
