I tried this question about a month and a half ago over at videohelp.com and the answers were pretty sparse. Has anyone gotten x264 to encode from Vegas? I'm going straight from an NTSC DV .AVI and no matter my settings, I get an error saying, essentially, "The selected codec does not support the current render settings."
I've tried progressive vs. interlaced; with sound vs. without; different dimensions and frame-rates; etc.
