Outline Effect in TItler is missing?

I always used the Outline Effect (generally a thin black outline) on the old titler for titles that were supered over an image .. This seems to be missing in ProType Titler .. am I missing it somewhere?

Ok -- I found it .. stroke .. I guess I'm a graphic artist now.

In that case, why text font size and position in some arbitrary percentage units.
Sould it not be points and pixels?

I guess the argument is you can now make the equivalent of 27 point type or 38 point type.

i like the percentage better. 2 is twice the size of 1. 3 is three times the size of 1. 10 is ten times the size of 1. very logical imho.
