outputting to VHS

This may sound naive, but once I've finished my video
project and would like to record it back onto VHS, how do I
do this? I've done the 'save as', codec compression
(although I wasn't sure how to determine which one to use,
I choose MicrosoftVideo1, for whatever reason), and I'm
sort of stumped now as to what to do? Is there a way to do
this thru Vegas? I inputted the video thru my ATI All-in-
Wonder Radeon Card; is there a way to output it back out
thru that? Can you help?

Yes,
Hook The output of your ATI ALL IN WONDER radeon card out
to a VCR via composit (RCA) or SVID. Play the rendered
file with the TV out enabled on your ATI card and put it in
full screen mode (CNTRL-F). You should now be able to
record to your VCR.

If you need more detail email me and let me know.
