Overlap Videos

I have Movie Studio 8 and have a video of Rain on the Top Track and Video of Fire on the Track under it.

Now just the Video of Rain is showing and yes I know it is because it is ontop of the Fire Video.

Now if I want to keep both Videos Overlapping ontop of one Another but make the Video Ontop resize and move it to say the top Right do I go into Track Motion?

I did but I could not find anything to help me resize the video.

Unless I am missing it with my Bad Eyes.

Yes, track motion is exactly the right tool for this.

Thank you for your help it works.

Now I make the video infront smaller then the video in the back and it looks good.
And I can use the Keys on the keyboard to move the video infront to the top right side.

But is there a way to Aling the front video the one I made small to the Top right side of the back video Perfactly?

Is there any Tabs that I may be missing or do you have to do this by hand?
