Overlay for prewiev...

With radeon 7500 videocard (RGB,DVI and S-video out)in "theater mode" (equal to DVDmax of matrox dualhead card)i can play mpeg2/mpeg4 video with player which utilize overlay in full screen on TV monitor(s-video out) or DLP projector(DVI out).
It cannot be made in VV3? Or only way for preview is render mpeg2/mpeg4 to dv and send through firewire?

I've been looking for the same thing. I'd love to see VV3 utilize overlay for the preview window.

In my wish list for VV4:
1.OVERLAY
2.SURROUND SOUND 5.1 equal to Acid 4.0
3.IMPORT/EXPORT AVS scripts
