Overlaying effect

Hi! I need to overlay videos the way it is done in this video at 1:20 I use Vegas Pro 15. Would be very thankful for any recommendations!

@annamatin Hi, that looks like a very simple composite using the Opacity on the timeline event, I'm guessing VP15 had this option
