Can anyone tell me how to place an opaque image, which is smaller than my framesize, over the top of a video track, thus masking part of the videotrack. Is it possible to import an image and position it in the frame so that it has this effect - kind of like a tv network logo? I don't want to use an image the same size as my project and have part of it transparent as this does not seem togive me the desired effect.

Can anyone help me on this?
