PAL DVD to NTSC DVD???????

I have a PAL DVD from Greece, it's my cousin's wedding. I want to
convert it to NTSC DVD.

WHAT DO I DO????

I did a search but did not get any information? Do I have to rip the video
first and place it in Vegas?

Thanks johnmeyer, I forgot to "go to next page" I had it set up at default
to return 10 results per page!
