I think that the preset of the two events must be the same in Pan/Crop

Sounds good. I don't understand what that means, meaning I haven't tried it and might fix the issue. Unfortunately that also means I don't know what presets are.

(edit: I went to pan&crop presets, swapped them around, 1:1, 16:9, matched both events in various way, didn't fix it)

If what you want to do is moving the frame you're using the wrong tool. Use Track Motion instead.

Did you set crop/pan to default first before adjusting the aspect match? Track Motion is fine as long as you don't want to zoom into the image.

There is no limitation in Pan/Crop that forces you have that outcome. Watch the order of operation.

Unless you are close enough to your subject to have candid shots to use, include attribution to the working stiffs whose work you include in you award winning creation.
