Pan/crop image records cursor movement

Hello community,

I would like to get help on a thing that I remember doing but do not remember how to do it.

Basically, when you got to the pan/crop setting for an image, you can select a certain point on the timeline. After that, you could click on the image and (for example) shake the image. when you play back the video, the image would move however you moved the image when in the pan/crop setting.

I hope this makes sense and I hope you can help me.

Thanks,

exean1

Edit 1: Turns out you can spin the image in pan/crop and the playback would spin the image as is. Can you do the same thing by just moving the image up/down and side to side?

I'm going to take a guess here, as I've never done a pan/crop the way you've described .. But make sure before you start that the first icon (far left) below the pan/crop window is selected. This links the timeline transport bar with the pan/crop transport. I have a feeling this will work.
