When I use the Pan Crop tool, I am able to resize and move the X Center using the handles on the video. But to move the Y Center (moving the video vertically), the handles don't work and I have use the Menu option int Pan Crop dialog box to either enter the coordinate, or use the slider tool (which is not very useful as it moves too quickly)
Read the manual and discover and try all the settings of that pan/crop tool before you use it again.
You have to change one or more settings in that tool with the buttons on the left side of the tool to resize things.
@pawan-jalan the bottom icon on the left side, 3 options, move X & Y freely, move only X, move only Y. That is a double ended arrow cross street, a double ended arrow horizontal, and a double ended arrow vertical icons.
