Pan Crop View

I know it's a lame question before I ask, but searched the message boards for an hour with no luck. I have the zoom set as low as it will go in the workspace 12.5%, when I drag the corner out to shrink the picture (I don't know if that is panning or cropping or something else) I quickly go out of frame. I have used the little hand, but as you go way out it is a real pain and easy to get lost. In PhotoShop you have the Ctl + 0 to fix that problem and see the entire box, but I don't know what to do here. Any help is always appreciated. Thanks. Cin

You can drag the whole Pan/Crop window out big enough to fill the screen. That may help some by making the workspace larger. Also, you can adjust the cropping border by typing in numbers in the position section. I just typed in 15360 for a width value. That created a cropping border about 12 times the size of my monitor.

Unfortunately there's a limit to how far you can shrink a picture with Pan/Crop. If you need to make your picture smaller than that then you'll have to use Track Motion.

Thanks as always Kelly. I tried typing in different values for the workspace size and it helps somewhat. Take care. Cin
