Pan/Crop won't open

Hi, using Movie Studio Platinum 12.0, have used pan/crop in this project--suddenly it won't open. The settings I made are still there but when I click the icon or go through the menu, nothing happens. Have looked for hidden windows, but can't find it. Help Please...

Make sure you haven't accidentally docked it somewhere in your workspace.

I docked my Pan/Crop into the upper right corner... clicking the icon doesn't do anything at this point. Here's a screenshot of that.
