i'm not sure what you're doing but you could try using overlays.. that is use the other 2 video tracks to place 2 separate 'moving' video segments that will not only overlap each other but the main video track as well.. and you can add extra video tracks if need be..

Answer 1: preface: i don't have Vegas Studio so i can't try this to be sure if it will work. Once you've done the pan/crop you want on the first event, copy it, then select all the rest, right-mouse-button click on one of them, and choose "Paste event attributes." This will place the same pan/crop settings on all of them.

Answer 2: Look into track motion. This is similar to pan/crop, but operates on the entire track in one fell swoop.
