I'm happy with Acronis TrueImage, have been for years.
We are so used to use Partition Manager etc. for this work - but in Windows 7 this function is built in - in a simple form, that is - but it works well.
I also use Acronis True Image - for backup. It's the best backup software I've come across by far but partition manager it ain't!
Also, I prefer to do my partitioning before installing anything on a new drive, so W7's partitioner wouldn't be much use there - I suspect it will only format FAT, FAT32 or NTFS too - so no good for multiple OSes!
