Iv’e worked on this Veg file to create a Pencil drawing look with the tweening motion you get in loose illustrations with graphic lines
No other fx on the veg as the line fx plugs don’t give that natural illustration look

All you have to do is drop your video clip on track 2 and on track 3, on track 3 move the clip over 3+- frames for the amount of tweening you want
Track 1 set the brightness and contrast and detail and details the midtones
Track 2 uncheck black and white if you want a color etching and levels for contrast this is the tweening track
Track 3 is the color of the pencil led line work multicolored or plain grey etc
This is a low res rendering looses a lot of detail for the web. HD 720P looks very good holds detail
